Administration of Justice is the introductory course of the pathway. This course focuses on the complete Criminal Justice System. Focusing on constitutional rights and freedoms, the origins of laws, crime causation, police work, court systems, punishment, and the history of crime and the influence on today’s society. Students who complete this course will have built the foundation to move on to the other courses in the pathway. In addition students who earn a grade of B or higher will receive 3 units of college credit at Modesto Jr College.
