DASD Blended Learning: 4 Instructional Options
Parents may select one of following instructional options that best meets their family's needs:

Option 1: DASD In-Person and Online Learning Instruction
Option 1: DASD In-Person and Online Learning Instruction
Option 1: DASD In-Person and Online Learning Instruction Overview: Students will receive DASD curriculum and instruction through in-person and online instruction taught by DASD teachers. All students will be placed on a blended learning team, Team DuBois or Team Beavers.
Blended Learning Teams:
Team DuBois = Students with last names A - K
Team Beavers = Students with last names L-Z
*If your children have different last names and were assigned to different teams, please contact your child's school to request a team change.
Format: Alternating In-Person and Online Learning Instructional Days
In-Person Learning: Students will report to school for in-person instruction.
Online Learning Platform: Students will log in to their Google Classroom(s) for online learning instruction.

Option 2: DASD Distance Learning
Option 2: DASD Distance Learning Instruction Overview: Students will receive DASD curriculum and instruction through online instruction taught by DASD teachers.
Format: Online Learning Instruction
Online Learning Platform: Students will log in to their Google Classroom(s) for online learning instruction.

Option 3: DASD Hybrid Learning
Option 3: DASD Hybrid Learning
Option 3: DASD Hybrid Learning Instruction Overview: Students will receive DASD curriculum and instruction through in-person and online instruction taught by DASD teachers. All students will be placed on a blended learning team, Team DuBois or Team Beavers. For Hybrid learning, students will customize their schedules to meet their individual, in-person instructional needs. On their designated team day, students will report to school to participate in their selected classes in person. For example: Students may report to school just for specific courses or labs.

Option 4: DuBois Area School District Virtual Academy
Option 2:Virtual Academy Overview: Students will receive PA Standards-aligned curriculum and instruction through Edmentum, but will be supported by DASD teachers.
Format: Online Learning Instruction
Online Learning Platform: Edmentum: Courseware (Grades: 5-12) and Edmentum Calvert Learning (Grades: K-4)
