These are the sports Fallon will be offerening for the 2023-2024 school year. The dates are the deadine to sign up for each sport.

SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM- Submit on Home Campus

         Good for ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of the exam

• Student must have a valid Sports Physical on file in order to tryout & participate in athletics.

• The Date of Exam must be within the previous 12 months.

• The Date of Exam must be valid from tryouts through the last competition of the sport.

Highly recommended to complete physicals with your doctor over the summer for all sports, so it is current for the entire year.

****There are facilities which provide physicals without insurance.  CVS in San Ramon has a Minute Clinic, AXIS Community Health in Pleasanton and some Urgent Care facilities.

Additional Requirements:

1.) Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better and have no more than one (1) "F" at the end of each grading period in order to be eligible to participate in athletics.

2.) Check the sports tab to see if you are eligible to participate/tryout. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. 

3.) Maintain satisfactory citizenship and attendance, including tardiness. If either is reported to be unsatisfactory, students will be subject to Disciplinary Action from my coach/Athletic Director and possible suspension from the team.

4.) Will not miss practice or competition for any reason unless student contacts coach by 8:30 a.m. or leave a message in the mailbox. Students may be suspended from the team if they do not ask permission to be excused from practice or competitions.

5.)  If students do NOT PARTICIPATE IN P.E., they must sit out that day of tryouts, practice or game.

6.)  Students must be present at school the day of tryouts, practice or game in order to participate.
