Let's be real, sometimes it's hard to reach out for help. You might be feeling nervous to talk with a Counselor, especially if this is your first time. You might also be feeling worried, embarrassed or anxious about the challenges you are experiencing.
Please know, ALL of these feelings are normal yet they are temporary. Often when we lean into that discomfort and work through it, we gain much more clarity and experience less distress, overwhelm, anxiety, or loneliness. We get it, asking for support is hard and uncomfortable AND we are here to meet you where you are at.
If you are ready to take that first step and talk with a counselor, we would love the opportunity to support you. You can either complete this form: Request to meet with a Wellness Counselor or you can drop by the Wellness Center when we are open.
