Good afternoon!

A lot of information on the schedule this week, so please read everything!!!

   1. Monday 5/4: All athletes meet in the commons after school 3:15-4:30pm!
      
      

      1. UNIFORM RETURN clean & dry please (unless you are a Worthington athlete)
         
         

      2. Costume contest! School appropriate & awards to be given for best in show!
         
         

      3. Final Shamrocks for the season, Sells & Dublin Classic
         
         

   2. Monday 5/4: End of the season party!
      
      

      1. 5:00-6:30pm @ Coffman park
         
         

      2. Please see the parent email sent by Christian Miller for more details & to sign up for food!
         
         

   3. Tuesday 5/5- Worthington Invite Squad Practice only
      
      

      1. 4:00-6:00pm at Davis Middle School (KMS track is torn up!)
         
         

      2. Athletes will bus to practice at 4pm.
         
         

      3. Return time is 6pm to KMS.
         
         

   4. Thursday 5/7 -Worthington Invite Squad Practice only
      
      

      1. 4:00-6:00pm at Sells Middle School (KMS track is torn up!)
         
         

      2. Athletes will bus to practice at 4pm.

   1. Thank you so much to all the parents who helped put together our end-of-the-season party at Coffman Park! We truly appreciate all that you are doing to make tomorrow fun and memorable for our athletes!

3. Worthington Invite-Saturday 5/9: Invite Squads have been posted. If you can not go email your coach asap!
   
   

4. Location: Thomas Worthington HS, 300 W Granville Rd. Worthington, OH 43085.
   
   

   1. Admission: $7.00 per adult & $5.00 per student/senior. You can buy tickets HERE or with CASH at the gate.
      
      

   2. Team Camp: Team Camp will be in the visitors stands. Please meet coaches over there and check in when you arrive.
      
      

   3. NO BUSSES- Parents are responsible for rides to and from the event.
      
      

   4. Start times: Field events begin at 9:00am & Running begins at 10:00am
      
      

      1. Field: Arrive by 8:45am
         
         

      2. Running only: arrive by 10am (4x800 teams arrive by 9:30am)
         
         

   5. Scoring: Top 8 score points
      
      

   6. Event information:
      
      

      1. Long Jump: Athletes get 3 jumps, and then top 9 compete in a final round.
         
         

         1. Boys then girls.
            
            

      2. High Jump: Starting height is 4’0” for girls and 4’6” for boys
         
         

         1. Girls then boys
            
            

      3. Throws: Athletes will have 3 throws, one throw at a time. The top 9 athletes will be taken to the finals for 3 more throws.
         
         

         1. Shot put: Boys, then girls
            
            

         2. Discus: Girls then boys
            
            

      4. Running: No preliminary races, all running events will be scored from the top 8 times from any heat
