You have signed up to be a part of a very demanding and rewarding sport in which athletes train to compete in one or more events geared toward running, jumping, and throwing. Every athlete should aim to improve their times and distances throughout the season. As a team, we like to stress reaching our personal best each week. If you work hard, you will see results!

In order to be an active member of our squad, please be sure to complete ALL of the following.

Complete Final Forms
Complete the Track & Field Google Sign-Up - Only allows users with Dublin school email!
OHSSA physical form on file (Give to School Athletic Trainer)
Pay to Play fees can be done online through Pay Schools Central.

Just a few weeks left in our track season-and thankfully the weather is looking beautiful!

A couple very important things for this week....

Schedule
1. Monday: Practice 3:15-5pm. BOYS stay late for field.
2. Tuesday: Meet @Sells Middle School for ALL ATHLETES. Busses will pick up right after school around 4pm.
3. Wednesday: Practice 3:15-4:30pm GILRS stay late for field. Meet inside for shamrocks.
4. Thursday: Practice 3:15-4:30pm for everyone.
5. Friday: No Practice

2. KMS @Sells Track Meet, Tuesday 4/30 @5pm

- All athletes will stay after to change, eat a healthy snack, and prepare for the meet. Buses will arrive to transport all to Sells. We will meet in the commons for this time.
- Please bring plenty of water and have healthy snacks.
- We will post a line up as soon as we get things finalized with Sells - unless we have talked with you, it should be similar to the Davis meet this past week. The list will not have heats or lanes.
- You may ride the bus back to KMS or sign out with a coach before leaving after your events are complete. We encourage you to stay and cheer for your teammates, but if you need to leave, remember to sign out with your head coach first.
- There is limited seating at Sells and much like our meets, you cannot be inside the track area. Admission is free!
  - Field events will run as follows:
    - High Jump - Girls first
    - Shot Put - Girls first
    - Discus - Boys first
    - Long Jump - Boys first

3. Our final week of track is next week. Keep working hard athletes and lets enjoy our final weeks together as a team!

4. If you ordered any swag from the Dublin classic event on Friday it is my understanding a coach from Eversole will be dropping that gear off to KMS at some point in the next two weeks for delivery. LInk to order: Dublin Classic Swag Order
