Mrs. Hoertz's Class

Welcome to 2nd grade! I can't wait for a great year of learning with all of you! This is my 16th year teaching second grade at Scottish Corners.  I also went to SCE when I was a child!  I went to The Ohio State University for both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I live in Dublin with my husband of 17 years and our 12-year-old daughter Bella (starting 7th grade this year at Karrer) and 9-year-old daughter Maddie (starting 4th grade at SCE). I love reading, gardening, entertaining, and our dog named Mabel!
