Jodie Fitz is the creator of the Price Chopper and Market 32 Kids Cooking Club. She has spent the last 11 years traveling in a six state area making fun and easy recipes with children and families. She specializes in making fruit and veggies fun to eat and teaches everything in moderation. New releases this month include a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie (no high fructose corn syrup used in the making of this recipe) and her Valentine's Red Velvet Cupcakes using beets. Sound gross? But it's not! And, it reduces the 1/2 cup of red food dye found in traditional Red Velvet Cupcakes to 1 tablespoon.
Jodie is a children's book author, mother of three and is married to her college sweetheart. She currently teaches free community classes on ZOOM and VIP Classes for a nominal fee of $15 per household.
