Ginny Mahoney

Your Breath: What's it All About?

Ginny found yoga as an athlete looking for a way to cross train. While yoga provided the physical benefits she desired, it was the mental benefits – a greater sense of peace, and relief from daily stress and anxiety – that kept her coming back and ultimately fueled her desire to teach. She strives to empower her students by meeting them where they are at and encouraging them to dig deep physically and mentally, find their inner strength and confidence, and uncover their greatest potential.

As a mother of four, Ginny especially enjoys working with high school and college students, as well as athletes who are drawn to yoga much as she was. She is available for private and small group classes, both in person and virtually, and you can find her on the weekly schedule at Studio4 Hot Yoga and Pilates in Schenectady.
