Efforts are underway by various organizations and government agencies to promote and protect the rights and welfare of indigenous peoples in Quezon Province
Legislation: The Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act (IPRA) of 1997 (Republic Act No. 8371) recognizes and promotes the rights of Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines.

There is a significantly higher number of females (approximately 88%) compared to males (around 12%) in this population. This suggests a female-dominated demographic. The Dumagat group is the largest ethnic group, making up the majority of the population shown. The Aeta group follows but is much smaller in comparison.
