COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

The Compliance Verification System (CVS) is an important part in the entire 4Ps cycle as it used to monitor the HH-beneficiaries’ compliance to the program conditions and subsequently processes compliance data until it is ultimately used as basis for payment and for the provision of case

management to those non-compliant beneficiaries. It is to be noted that upon inclusion to the program, beneficiaries will undergo a non CVS period. This refers to the first period of monitoring wherein the compliance of the beneficiaries is automatically waived and they shall receive the initial grants (full payment for education and Health grants). However, payments for the succeeding period shall already be based on the actual compliance of the household beneficiary. The timely completion of the compliance verification processes as well as the completeness and accuracy of compliance data in the CVFs are therefore important for the program to achieve its goal for timely release of correct amount of cash grants and or provision of appropriate interventions to the concerned beneficiaries.

Compliance Verification System (CVS) refers to the system that monitors how faithfully the beneficiaries comply with the conditions set by the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. It processes compliance data until it can ultimately be used as a basis for payment.
