The Beneficiary Data Management System (BDMS) is one of the systems of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). Its goal is to ensure that all validated eligible households are enrolled in the Program and the beneficiary data used in the Program implementation is updated and accurate.
Specifically, the BDMS aims to:
1. Validate and verify the identity of the eligible households and their members;
2. Select the household grantee and children for education monitoring; and
3. Record the information of the beneficiaries and reflect the updated and accurate data in the 4Ps Information System.
The BDMS operates with its two major components:
1. Beneficiary Registration – the process wherein the identified eligible households are validated and registered into the Program through the conduct of the Community Assembly or house-to-house validation.
2. Beneficiary Updating - the process of capturing and recording the changes in the profile of a household or any of its members in the 4Ps IS. It aims to capture the most accurate and updated data pursuant to the Document-Based Policy of the Program It includes ensuring the correct household and member statuses of the beneficiaries which are crucial in monitoring their compliance and eligibility to remain in the Program.
