TRAINING OF TRAINERS ON KILOS UNLAD SOCIAL CASE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND ELECTRONIC CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

General Objective: At the end of each activity, the participants will be capacitated with essential knowledge, skills and attitude essential to perform their functions as program implementers.
Specifically, the participants will be able to:
Define and explain the updates on the process of registration, intake, assessment, interventions, monitoring and transition towards graduation and exit from the Program, case referrals, and dealing with the difficult circumstances of beneficiaries;
Strengthen the case supervisor's performance of their supervisory, coaching, and mentoring roles and responsibilities to assist the case managers in the implementation of the KU as a standard case management practice model;
Demonstrate appropriate tagging for households based on the achievements in the Social Welfare and Development Indicators and other changes in the status of the households;
Apply strategies on the facilitation of Intake Sheet, FRVA and other forms
Define case documentation/recording.
ROLL-OUT TRAINING ON GENDER-RESPONSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT (GRCM)

The training aims to equip Pantawid Pamilyang Pamilyang Program case managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement gender-responsive case management practices effectively. This training is a crucial component of our ongoing commitment to ensuring that our services are inclusive and sensitive to the needs of all our partner families.
Integrate gender-specific assessment tools into case management procedures;
Train staff to recognize and address gender-based vulnerabilities in program beneficiaries;
Develop strategies to ensure equitable access to program benefits and services, considering the diverse needs of beneficiaries;
Equip staff with gender-sensitive communication skills, including gender-fair language to effectively address the unique needs of women, and vulnerable sectors.

Training of Trainers on Family Development Session Module on
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene

At the end of the activity, the participants will be able to gain knowledge, perspectives, skills, attitudes on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) tools using creative and participatory processes towards adopting and strengthening proper WASH behaviors and practices at home.
Enabling Objectives
Explain the fecal-oral transmission route and interventions to avoid internal infestation that may cause health hazards;
Discuss the effects of poor sanitation and hygiene on children and their family to understand the link between good sanitation and good health.
Identify the critical times for handwashing for improved health condition;
Enumerate WASH messages for children and their families to understand its application; and
Demonstrate WASH behavior and practices to understand its importance in early care and development.
Demonstrate skills in facilitation the FDS Wash Module

Training of Trainers on Family Development Session Module on Sustaining the Interest of Children and Youth in School (SICYS)

At the end of the 3-day activity, the participants will be able to effectively deliver a rollout training on the FDS Manual on Sustaining the Interest of Children and Youth in School for the FDS implementers.
Specifically, the participants will be able to:
1. Define the underlying circumstances of 4Ps households beneficiaries regarding non-compliance to education;
2. Explain the root causes for dropping out of 4Ps children and youth from
3. Identify barriers that affect the educational status of children and youth;
4. Enumerate the psychosocial needs of parents, children and youth not attending school;
5. Establish the potential roles and contributions of 4Ps Parent Leaders and Youth Leaders in responding to the cases of children and youth not attending school; and
6. Develop strategies that would facilitate community support in addressing or responding to the problems of children and youth not attending school.
7. Apply the learning experience in delivering the training on the FDS Manual;
8. Deliver facilitative skills to promote learner engagement and critical thinking;
9. Demonstrate/simulate the use of the session topic of the manual; and
10. Develop an action plan in rolling out the same training to the FDS
Training on Basic Social Work Counseling

Bridging Competency Gaps Through Effective Training Needs Analysis for Developing Talent Management Competency Map

At the end of the 3-day activity, participants will gain knowledge and a clear understanding of the value of learning needs analysis in the training cycle and be able to apply concepts and techniques for learning needs analysis and training evaluation planning in their work as training professionals.
Specifically, the participants will be able to:
Describe the systematic model for conducting LNA premised on the ADDIE Model
Distinguish and classify the 4 kinds of Learning Needs and differentiate Learning from Non-Learning Needs
Comprehend principles and apply techniques needed in effective conduct of LNA (i.e., survey, interview, focus-group discussion, observation, documents review, etc.)
Understand how to analyze LNA data, draw conclusions from these and prepare LNA Report using analyzed data
Appreciate the importance of evaluation and measurement in designing and delivering programs
Discuss the rudiments of Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Training Evaluation Model and how to apply this in planning the evaluation of training courses
Craft Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) Tool to be used as a guide for identifying and analyzing the gaps between the current and desired competencies.
Change Management for 4Ps Supervisors and Focal Persons

At the end of three-day training, the participants will be able to apply the acquired knowledge, skills and attitude to successful personal transitions that enable them and their people to adopt Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program through the use of Change Management. Specifically, participants will be able to;
Understand the fundamentals of change management theories and models.
Identify the reasons for organizational change and how to manage resistance effectively.
Develop practical strategies to lead change initiatives within their teams.
Identify Ways and Means to Further Develop Their Skills as Change Agents
Create a personal action plan for applying change management principles in their work.
Roll out out Training on Livelihood Development and Sustainability

The 3-day Roll Out Training will enable participants to demonstrate processes and theoretical concepts on livelihood assessment and feasibility. Specifically, The participants are expected to know the following:
Articulate ESSI projects and implementation
Assess livelihood opportunities and development, identifying sustainable income-generating livelihood projects.
Develop an ESSI project proposal with a simple feasibility study.
Prepare an action plan for re-echo sessions to other field implementers and beneficiaries and;
Demonstrate necessary attitudes and skills in conducting capacity development activities, knowledge sharing sessions, and learning sessions to beneficiaries.

Budget Utilization
A total of P4,500,000.00 was the planned amount charged to the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) fund. Out of the P3,870,261.07 obligated, P3,617,161.07, or 93.46% are utilized.
