The targeted participants for the above-mentioned activity are the Newly hired staff of 4Ps NCR. A total of eighteen (18) participants attended wherein 2 or 11% are male and 16 or 89% are female.

The activity was initiated by the Capacity Building Section and were able to capacitate a total of twenty-three (23) Newly-Hired Pantawid Pamilya Staff from which seven (7) or 30.4% are male and sixteen (69) or 69.6% are female.

The conducted activity got an overall rating of 4.24 or Very Satisfactory which shows that the training design and methodology used were effective and the participants find the topics relevant to their functions as 4Ps staff of the department.

Understand the importance of the 7YTLIP modules for better appreciation of 4Ps FDS implementation

This activity enables the participants to foster a gender and cultural sensitive personal and professional life free from gender and cultural based exclusion:
To identify and analyze sex and gender differences, issues and concerns;
To determine the DSWD's role in the achievement of GAD’s twin goals: Women Empowerment and Gender Equality;
To understand the Pantawid Pamilya Indigenous Peoples Framework;
To categorize IP-related issues and concerns and develop strategies to address it in a consultative manner to ensure 100% compliance of IPs beneficiaries; and
To gain basic competencies and values in working with IPs for the promotion and protection of their rights.
The conducted activity got an overall rating of 4.61 or Excellent for Batch 1 and 4.76 or Excellent for batch 2 which shows that the training design and methodology used were effective and the participants find the topics relevant to their functions as 4Ps staff of the department.
The Training on Trauma Informed Care for 4Ps Staff was conducted at Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon City and was attended by 50 Participants composed by 10 Area Coordinator, 10 SWO III and 30 City Links / PDO II
