A cultural booth may include:

• Traditional decorations or flags

• Clothing or artifacts

• Music or photos

• A simple interactive activity

• Optional food samples

• All booths will be set up in the courtyard in front of the gym. Please see the table set up map.

• Table space provided by the school

  • Tables will be set up and labeled when you arrive. 

  • Each country will be given a 6ft banquet table and there is space if you want to bring additional tables. Please let Mrs. Donoho in advance. 

• Setup begins at 2:30 PM, Please check in at the volunteer/presenter table near the gate in between the parish hall and the gym.

• Store-bought or homemade food is welcome

  • Please label all food items and ingredients

• Clean up begins at 6:00 PM
