About The Teacher

Mr. Stretanski is a native of Kingston, PA.  He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and East Stroudsburg University. Mr. S. was the Dallas High School Swim Team coach for 14 years. He currently manages the Dallas Pool after school programs.   He taught at the High School for five years before moving to the Middle School.  Mr. Stretanski continues to coach the DMAC summer swim team and teach adult swimming lessons as well as train triathletes for the swimming portion of the race.  Mr. S bakes bread as a hobby, love to watch Pennstate football, is an MLS soccer fan (UNION!) and loves to travel and go to the beach with his family.

Mission For The Class

We will discover the North American Continent from pre-history to  the 1830's.  Our aim is to learn skills that we will use in the high school and in our adult lives.  The topics we will discover will be listed on the class syllabus.
