On September 7th and 8th there will be a history exhibition at Redway Plain in Rehoboth. This is an excellent learning opportunity for students. The exhibition, titled "History Through the Ages" focuses on the uniforms, equipment, music, and lifestyles of people from the Roman Period, through colonial history and up to the modern era. Various local historical societies from Bristol County will also be representing their local communities as the country gears up to the 250th anniversary of our country's founding. It offers a unique, interactive experience that aligns well with the topics covered in school. For more information, click the link below.

The Test on this unit is coming soon....
► ►► Also remember for this and all 4th term assignments
Remember to pass in assignments by 8pm. In the 4th term I'm giving up to a 60 on assignments passed in within 30 min past the due time ..and only grading late assignments if your parents email me explaining what went wrong that caused the delay and that they are aware you have a week to work on it. I give you the 8pm time so that you do not work on it late at night...You need to use time management ..you have a week to do it ..don't wait till 30 min before it is due this is putting unneeded stress on yourself.
Homework the Iroquois assignment for homework it will be due Thursday by 8pm 2 things about this;
It is based on a new standard in the Massachusetts curriculum framework ..but it is an odd one because scholars disagree on the authenticity of the story.. In this assignment you will decide for yourself if it really belongs in the framework
Every week more and more students pass in assignments late ..even though they have around a week to work on them. I get some an hour late, several hours late, and even days late. I usually do not give any credit unless you have messaged me a very good reason. In the 4th term I'm giving up to a 60 on assignments passed in within 30 min past the due time (8pm) ..and only grading late assignments if your parents email me explaining what went wrong and that they are aware you have a week to work on it.
