Packing Checklist
Things to remember:
It's the end of October so it's likely to be chilly. We're hoping for crisp weather and starry skies.....but we have to prepare for rain too - this is Wales we're talking about!
Warm layers
Waterproof jacket
Waterproof boots
Cushion and blanket (for meditation)
Yoga Mat (optional)
Photos of people you'd like to remember at the Fire Feast
Tarot cards if you have some
Fancy dress for Saturday night (optional)

Cold Water Therapy
If you're participating in a cold water dip, you'll need suitable attire - maybe something like this from Amazon at £19.99. You'll also want to consider some water shoes in case the shoreline is rocky. I've illustrated some below - I've got some like this and they were £10 in Sports Direct.
I'll be bringing a towel and a nice thick dressing gown as well for when I get out. You might want to do the same - we don't want anyone catching hypothermia!
