Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my place and receive a full refund?

***Your £100 deposit is non-refundable as this was used to pay the deposit to the venue.


If the trip is changed by the organiser e.g. the accommodation is different than the one that was booked, the transport is different to the one that was booked, the dates are changed without consultation, guests will be entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel your trip, regardless of the reason you will be entitled to:


28 days before departure the full balance is paid to Cwm Pennant. 

Cancellations after Friday 13th October cannot be refunded for this reason.

Transfer your trip to someone else

This is a good way to get your money back. If you know someone who would like to go in your place, we can transfer the trip into their name at no extra cost to you. We can offer Clearpay if there is an affordability issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Please remember, that we are a small business. We will do our very best to accommodate changes in circumstances, but we cannot be out of pocket personally if you cancel your place at a late stage. We hope you understand.
