As well, we accept patients without insurance, with payment collected on the day services are rendered.

IF WE ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY INSURANCE COVERAGE BY THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE YOU ON A FEE-FOR-SERVICE BASIS.

Payment

We accept payment in cash, check, Zelle (no-fee bank-to-bank transfer) and credit card/debit card.

Co-payments/Co-insurance are due at the time services are rendered.

Credit/Debit transactions are subject to a non-refundable 5% service charge.
