During this time, we understand your concern for safety. As such we are asking our patients to note the following guidance:
All visits will be scheduled (no walk-in visits)
Proper masking will be required for all patients and visitors, and must cover nose and mouth. Cloth or medical grade masks are acceptable. We prohibit the use of vented masks and bandanas/gaiters. If supplies are available, a proper face mask will be provided. However if supplies are limited, you may be asked to procure your own proper mask.
Anti-viral/Anti-bacterial disinfectants are used to clean surfaces in between each patient encounter and as well on common-touch surfaces every 2 hours.
One accompanying person is allowed into the exam room.
Co-payments/Co-insurance (if applicable) will be collected on the day of service.
Tele-medicine Consultations are available when appropriate.
Testing for COVID19 via swab is available in office with scheduled appointment. (if supply is available)
