APPLIED MECHANICS LAB:

Applied mechanics lab has well equipped with equipment such a Parallelogram of forces apparatus, Wheel and different axle which are use to verify the Law of parallelogram of forces and to establish the Law of machine of given machine respectively.

CONCRETE LAB:

In this, laboratory there are many tests which are conducted to check the quality of concrete.   the laboratory has well equipped with equipments such as Concrete mixer, Sieve set, Los angles apparatus and Table vibrator etc. Various Lab Test on Fresh Concrete such as Slump test, compacting factor test etc. Table vibrator is equipment which is useful for the vibrating concrete cubes after placing the fresh concrete in cubes.

Surveying Lab:

This lab is well equipped with  Digital theodolite, Digital plannimeter, Vernier theodolite, Auto level, Dumpy level, Prismatic compass, Plain table set, Levelling staff, Cross staff, Ranging rod, Metric chain, Tape etc.

Hydraulic Lab:

This lab is well equipped with Hydraulic bench with components like Notch apparatus, Bernoulli’s apparatus etc.

Computer Lab:

Computer is an integral part of modern life style and there is no official job that can be executed without computer. So we are providing a computer facility to all the students in computer laboratory. This laboratory is has around 30 computers with high configuration and internet facility. All are connected in LAN.

Public Health Engineering Lab:

Here students acquire knowledge, skill and practice in Water Supply and Sanitary Engineering. A technician must know about the quality of domestic water and treatment of wastewater, so the students here perform various experiments like pH Test, Turbidity Test, Hardness Test, B.O.D and C.O.D Test etc. on different types of Water and Wastewater samples to study and analyze the quality of the sample and the treatment required to bring the pollutants in the sample within its permissible limit.

Automobile Engines / DT-1:

All automotive vehicles are powered by automobile engines. Hence the fundamental knowledge of automobile engine is most essential for an auto technician. So, Automobile engine lab equipped with Cut-section models of 2 stroke & 4-stroke engine and different types of fuel pumps and injectors.

Automobile Transmission System / DT-2:

The lab is furnished with different types of gearboxes and clutches. It also equipped with  differential, braking system, steering system and wheel balancing machine.

Automobile Electrical System / DT-3:

Modern automobiles have many instruments for indicating different quantities. This Lab is equipped with automobile vehicle wiring system, automobile alternator, starter motor, automobile battery and many other instruments.

Vehicle body engineering:

In the automotive field auto body repair is experiencing a faster growth than any other service area. We have jeep body cut section with chassis and other equipments like spray gun and body repairing tools and charts.

Computer Lab:

There is no official job that can be executed without computer. So we are providing a computer facility to all the students in computer laboratory. This laboratory is has around 14 computers with high configuration and internet facility. All are connected in LAN.

Engineering Drawing Lab.

For practicing various aspects of Basic Engineering Drawing and teaching them the procedure to draw various Drawing used for Engineering field.

Metrology & Inspection Lab.

It improves skill of students to measure various dimensions and properties of the goods manufactured in Industries.

Fluid Mechanics & Hydraulic Machines Lab.

This laboratory is furnished with various instruments and apparatus for measuring the properties related to fluids used in engineering field. Also, it gives knowledge for various Hydraulic machines used in Engineering field.

Thermal Lab.

Thermal Engineering is very basic concept required for various laws related to heat & work. It also shows demo on various machines working on different thermodynamic cycles.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Lab.

Refrigerators and Air Conditioners are very widely used in recent times. It also gives brief ideas and technology used in these devices.

Manufacturing Process Lab.

The lab is furnished with the modern as well as conventional processes for manufacturing goods in industries. It improves knowledge of various instruments and machines used in process industries.

Computer Aided Design Lab.

It gives knowledge of new and advanced way of designing products and ideas using computers and various graphical software. 

Tool Engineering Lab.

Tools are basic weapons for different manufacturing processes. It gives knowledge of using Work holding devices, Manufacturing tools, Press tools, Punches & Dies.

Industrial Engineering Lab.

It gives knowledge of various methodologies for improving production and efficient use of available resources in industries to make them more profitable. 

Digital Lab

Consist various digital logic kits and instruments for like digital logic and design subjects.

Computer Lab

Consist computers with internet connection for various simulation work, basic computer knowledge and with other academic software.

Digital Communication Lab

Consist various Digital Communication equipment and other project boards.

Analog Communication Lab

Consist various equipment related to analog communication with other learning electronic boards. 

Simulation Lab:

To offer latest computing facilities, the department has latest computer laboratory with 15 computers. For student study we have CAD, MATLAB and PSIM software packages.

Wiring Lab:

A modern wiring laboratory equipped with different types of wiring panel board inclu8ding house wiring and godown wiring. This laboratory is useful for final year students.

Electrical Machines Lab.:

The Electrical Machines Laboratory supports teaching on Electrical machines. Through hands-on experiments with real machines, students gain practical experience on transformers . The laboratory can also be used for project work related to electrical machines and energy conversion.

The Machines laboratory is supported with large capacity three phase A.C. to D.C. rectifier unit to supply D.C. power. The machines laboratory is well equipped with all kinds of measuring instruments also.
