Our group created a probability game using card and dice consisting of candies as the prizes. Our game's levels were a bit different than other games, meaning that you didn't have to pass a level to move onto the next, you just earned a level's prize by getting a certain amount of points for the prize. The rules are produced below:
The Calculations: We calculated the chance of reaching each point total in the page above by multiplying the probabilities to earn 1 point, 2 points, or 3 points.
Our carnival game's results were quite varied and only three contestants reached level 3. Our feedback for the functionality and enjoyment of our game was very positive and we were iven mny compliments for the creativity of our game. The contestants liked the fact that that you didn't have to achieve the first level to move on and that once you reached a certain level you could choose whether to continue and risk not winning a prize or stop playing and take your prize.
