This essay is about a book we read in class called Sundiata about Mali's greatest ruler. We read the book and then had to write an essay about which part of Sundiata's journey was the most heroic. In my essay, I explain how the most heroic part of Sundiata's journey is the end or the "legend".
Virtual Visit to Mali is an app that we programmed on code.org. In ELA we had read a book called Sundiata about Ancient Mali and so we then created an app showing you where ancient Mali was and where Mali is now located. We also included places to visit in Ancient and Modern Mali and traditional and modern Malian foods. Our app has 8 different pages and buttons taking you back to the home page. Music also plays on a loop once the next button on the home page is pushed. The app also has a brief description of Mali on the home page.
