Breaking Barriers

Before the project could officially begin, I had to develop a project proposal. My proposal to create a comic that shows what was happing in that time period.

My Discovery Question for this project is what is the connection between Plessy v. Ferguson and the expansion of Jim Crow laws. This question will require me to investigate who Plessy v. Ferguson is and what he did. How Jim crow and NAACP started.

In this project I propose to create a comic. I chose this because I think it would be the easiest and the most fun for me because I like drawing.

Reflection

While coming up with a plan for the project I first thought to just make a big pictiture that would show everything that I learned. But I realized the picture probably wouldn't be to organized and harder to follow. So I decided on doing a comic strip because with the words I thought it would be clear and easy to understand.

Product

For my project I decided on making a comic. To show what I learned and help me to learn and absorb the information better. My final project was done in a comic to show clearly the order history took place.
