I chose the Fish Tacos that included fish, onions, a tortilla, and rice and beans on the side. The fish idea in tacos originated in Mexico as well as tortillas, onions originate from Central Asia, and rice and beans originated from Mesoamerica and South America. All different countries and areas adopt new foods from other countries and areas and the develop new food ideas as well.

Karl Mueller's art was U.S History based and had historical themes in his vases, while Robert Lugo's art was social issue based and incorporated graffiti. I think he created this piece to show people you can use ideas from your background and culture to make beautiful art. He used his art by using images that reflected things he represented. 

We tried foods from Latin America and we looked at different forms of art in the museum. Geometry was incorporated because the different shapes used to make the objects. It is important to study food insecurity and cultural expression to figure out how to incorporate this and use it, as well as figuring out how to solve the food insecurity. How would you find food help when you live in a rural area far away with no help?
