Atlanta Community Redesign Project 

Driving Question: How can we redesign a Metro Atlanta community to address environmental  injustice and improve health, safety, and opportunity for current residents, while applying  geometric principles to urban planning? 

 Apply geometry concepts (area, perimeter, angles, proportions, similarity, scale,  transformations, and symmetry) to explain problems and design solutions in urban  planning. This project covers math, social studies, and technology.
