About Me....

Hello there! My name is Kaci Turner and I came to Drew during my latter half of my kindergarten year. Fortunately, I've been a Drew Eagle ever since. You'll typically spot me tuned in to my earbuds, listening to music or a podcast. I love books and have a teeny habit of buying more books before I finish the ones I have (sue me!). Also, I love movies and aspire to be a writer/director for film and tv. I collect postcards, I love animals (favorites are Polar Bears and Bengal Tigers). My favorite movie is Her by Spike Jonze. 

During my time at Drew (13 years), I've grown and morphed into many different versions. In my more rudimentary years, I was a hall monitor (sash and all) and an after-schooler. As I grew up in these esteemed halls, I have proudly accepted invitations into organizations like National Beta Club (9th grade) and The National Honors Society (11th/12th Grade), eagerly showed team and school spirit on the JV volleyball team (11th Grade), and have vigorously worked in the prestigious and rigorous Engineering elective (9th-11th grade). As a Drew Eagle I've been exposed to many different cultures and given many opportunities to explore myself. From using technology and coding skills to create my own digital art exhibit (9th Grade) to writing, directing, and editing my own film based on the Great Gatsby (11th Grade). I am proud to able to call myself a Drew Eagle!
