The chemistry prosses behind making ink was combustion reaction . When making ink it was not a lot of ink but it did work
For this task we created a list using blocks of code, for my list I used a randomizer to put different options in my code. It used features built-in sensors, an LED display, buttons, and wireless communication to run my code.
For this project we made paper out of the scraps of recycled art to make paper by blending and then straining till it was time to pat dry with a special cloth. Chemistry relates to paper making through the breakdown of bonding of plant fibers. The water helps separate the fiber and chemicals ca be used to strength or color the paper. Handmade paper can be an art form because of its unique textures, colors, and designs.
For this assignment we were tasked to test to see how dark the dye could be for the cloth we were supposed to dip it in. Also, we want to see how the color will react with the baking soda.
For this we were given paint and ink, we asked to create a Chinese painting with the materials we also had to shade by using the ink / paint till it was none left on the brush.
For this assignment we were tasked to create a model of either a covalent or ionic bond using paper. I chose an ionic bond, It is a combination of electrons to crate a bond.
For my work I made Covalent bonding, it can be compared to weaving because atoms share their electrons to form a stable connection, just like threads woven to create a fabric. In a covalent bond, atoms weave their electrons together. Covalent bonds form a overlapping region of electron that hold the atoms together.
For today we completed our note cards and turned in our recipe cards to be printed. Then we signed up to present tomorrow at the PBL night.
For today we made and reviewed our recipe cards then we turned in our entire prestation, we could be ready when it was time to present.
Do You Have a Cat?
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that declares a boolean stating whether or not you have a cat. Then print out the value of that boolean.
Lots of Dice
For this assignment were tasked to use the function random.randint to write a program that rolls a 6-sided die 100 times, and prints out all of the rolls.
Better Sum
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that asks the user for two numbers. Using a for loop, add all of the numbers from the first to the second.
All Dice Values
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that prints all possible dice rolls with two dice. To do so, you should use a nested for loop.
for this assignment we were tasked to use and create a function in the program called snap.
Apples and Oranges
For this assignment were tasked to initialize two variables to store the number of apples and number of oranges in your store. You have 20 apples and 15 oranges. Then print out how many you have of each. Then set the number of oranges to 0 and print out the values again.
Obi-Wan Says
For this assignment were tasked to prompt the user for their name, then how many droids, and then how many Wookiees they want to meet. Print out the name that was given, as well as how many droids and Wookiees they wanted to meet.
Running Speed
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that asks the user how many miles they ran and how many minutes it took to run that far. Ask for the input in this order. Convert their speed to miles per hour and print out their speed.
Growing Circle
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that uses key events to make a circle larger and smaller. Create a variable named my_circle to represent your Circle object. Set the radius of my_circle to 100. Set the initial position of my_circle to 250, 250.Once you’ve created your circle and set its size and position, you’ll need to add the following functionality: Create an event where each time the user presses the left arrow, the size of my_circle decreases by 10. Similarly, if the user presses the right arrow, the size of my_circle increases by 10.
For this assignment were tasked to write a program to have Karel create a short stack of tennis balls. Karel should move one spot, put down two tennis balls, and then move again.
The Two Towers + Comments
For this assignment were tasked to take your Two Towers program from earlier, and comment each of the code segments to explain your program’s behavior.
Decorate the Fence
For this assignment were tasked to help Karel by finding the wall to string lights on and then putting down lights along the wall. However, Karel doesn’t want lights blocking the doors and windows! Make sure that you only put lights where there is a wall.
Invert Colors
For this assignment were tasked to write a program that has Karel move along the first street and change all the red squares to blue, and all the blue squares to red.
In the project that I worked on I used various elements of STEAM, for instance we used math when doing scientific equations and the various elements of art when drawing our design for the project. During this project I learned the importance of my element and its affect for everyday life. I was creative when doing my project because I incorporated symmetry and shape. For my drawing I chose to draw a picture of a computer microchip because that was one of the most important uses for my element. I used many elements of art to make my picture look better, but color helped the most because it helped bring it to life.
Today wrote a self and group reflection on google classroom while my partners recorded the voiceovers and edited the video we recorded previously
I am strongly persuaded to believe that the scientifical culture was more competitive to race and discover new knowledge about science more specifically chemistry. During the time before the periodic table was discovered there were many scientists that had made small progress towards finding out about the elements. The rapid advancement of knowledge was vast compared to other time periods, countries, and cultures. The spark in morale furthered the progress in the advancement of solving the mystery of the periodic table. The scientist credited for creating the periodic table used the discoveries of many scientists as resources and material to create the periodic table.
Mandala is a form of meditation believed to originates from ancient India; the word comes from the word Sanskrit which translates to circle in the original Indian language. I think that Mandalas show up in different world civilizations because of its use to spread the teachings of Hinduism and Buddhism. Mandalas use multiple of the elements of art such as color, balance, repetition, pattern, and etc...
Day 1: We figured out how to use the camera, microphone, and the other recording materials. Also, we tried/fitted the costumes and got our hard copy scripts that we highlighted our parts on.
Day 2: On day 2 we used the red and white outfit to help record scene 3 on a greenscreen with studio lights and microphones.
Day 4: On day 4 we finished up our filming scene 2 and 4, on scene 2 we filmed outside to help capture more of the background. On Sene 4 we were happy that we were finally finished filming, then we assigned one of the people in our group to be a editor.
This assignment called for me make letters using tools and martials found in the art room and the chemistry lab. It was a fun new way to discover multiple new tools and gadgets such as a beaker holder. In my project I used a couple of principles of design such as color and proportion because my letters are very colorful and all proportional as well as my background

2B Visual Art
What is art? Art in my opinion is the expression of creativity and perspective, offering a view of the artist's experience and how they view the world around us. It's more than just aesthetics, art is a gateway through which we can express emotions, challenge controversial opinions, and new possibilities. Art can transcend the traditional box that artists have to stay in; it can extend beyond traditional boundaries for instance, science can be art when viewed as a process of discovery and innovation, each experiment can be an expression of human curiosity and imagination. English and literature transform language into art through storytelling and poetic expression reflects the creativity and depth of human thought.
