First, you’ll learn about storytelling, including the parts of a narrative. You will read and examine Pourquoi Tales, which tell a fictional story about how something in nature came to be.

Next, you’ll learn about key Earth Science topics, including rocks, minerals, soils, weathering and erosion.

Then, you’ll meet and hear stories told from seasoned storytellers who are elders in their communities.

Finally, you’ll publish your own Pourquoi tale about an Earth Science topic. You will work collaboratively to perform one of these stories for a live audience at our virtual Land Love showcase event.
