Have you wished there were better ways to learn and access school during the COVID 19 pandemic?

In this project you will explore what pandemics are, issues they cause, and how they relate to learning challenges to answer the driving question: How can we overcome learning challenges during a pandemic?

First, you’ll learn about the COVID 19 pandemic and talk about what different people are feeling.

Next, you’ll learn about temperature, heat transfer, and how thermal energy is used to help people during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Then, you’ll read about learning challenges around the world and apply these stories and texts to better understand the current challenges posed by COVID 19.

Finally, you’ll publish your final project from the PBL choice board.

Students chose to work on one of three options for their final projects. For each project, students:

1. Completed a pre-planning graphic organizer

2. Create first draft/prototype

3. Got feedback & make revisions

4. Created presentation video or hosted a live session debuting final product & shared on social media/website
