For this project we had to make the class name out of objects from each subject. For the C I used a periodic table symbol, normally I wouldn't do this since it's so overused but I topped it off with a Bunsen burner underneath that burns it. For the H I made a test tube containing a red fluid, it has green bubbles that float upwards and pop. The E is the word easel on a easel with some abstract art I drew, the M is the caps on two markers. For the A I turned it into a pencil and for the V and S I made two more test tubes connected by a siphon.
We made a stop motion on google slides following an epic which is a type of story made in ancient times. Our story follows a vengeful princess who travels to finish a job her father couldn't.
We learned about the origins of friendship bracelets and how to make then using different knots. I chose to make mine with square knots and leave some separated strands in the middle for aesthetics.
We learned how to weave using yarn (top) and paper (bottom). The paper heart was a basket that was less time consuming and relatively easy to make while the yarn is taking longer but has more potential for patters and designs.
My idea for this project was to illustrate carbon dioxide in pollution. One of the most prevalent forms of carbon dioxide in pollution is in car emissions so I decided to draw that. A principle of design I used was movement, the trailing of the smoke behind the car shows its movement along the road. I incorporated my tinkerCAD model as part of the smoke, showing that there's it a lot of CO2 in car emissions. I think the movie and film industry uses a lot of what I used in this project as you can use drawings to animate things and large names like Disney also use 3D models for their characters.
