About Your Drew Experience...

I have not attended Drew for a long time, but I have been attending Drew for 3 years now and let me tell you, a lot changes every year, as we reach to our final year which is now. At first when I came to this school, I didn’t know what to expect, but that I would not like this school to be honest. Before coming to Drew, I wasn’t always open to doing a lot of things. Staying in my bubble. There just wasn’t a lot of opportunities for me, but it was also my fault as well. There was a lot of things that I just didn't push myself to do. And for that I regret it. But learning more about the school, meeting new people and teachers, opened my mind to a lot experiences, that I couldn’t do at my previous school which was the best decision made in my life.

Drew has shown me that you can accomplish anything, by putting your mind to it and going for it. Everything that they have done for me, helped me grow over the years. Challenging me to do this and that. To help me with my future endeavors of going to college, scholarships, and most importantly being a family. As our school said, our mission is to educate, nurture and empower all students to achieve their full potential as part of an exemplary, innovative, and equity-centered community. Our vision is to posses the knowledge, skills, passion and intellectual inquiry to successfully navigate and create positive change in the world. Our school is a family, that supports one another through the good and bad.
