Pitching SDJ

L.I.F.E- for this class we made a film budget based on the book kindred that we read. For this project we had to find locations, film materials, food, and actors. We also had to make posters for the film and a pitch.

Book

For my book I m doing a cookbook. My cook book has many easy recipes that you could make in college. Making these recipes in college will save you money. These recipes are simple and don't use that many ingredients to make. These recipes also shouldn't take long make.

Building ramp

For the Geometry ramp building project I will be designing a ramp. Its related to geometry because it looks like triangle and you can find the sides and make sure you have the right measurements. We will not be making an actual physical ramp just imagining it realistically. For the letter this is what of have so far.

The design of the ramp will be 45 feet in length, 3 feet in width, and 3 feet in height.

The estimated cost for the materials is $120.50.

Ancient civilizations

For the ancient civilizations project there was different stations. You had to do each station One was making bricks out of mud and hay. One was making tent homes out of bamboo sticks. One was making pottery out of clay. Each of the stations were things people in Ancient civilizations had to do. Here are some pictures.

Mini cooking project

For this project we were separated in Eastern hemisphere and western hemisphere with food items from the place. Each group had to make something with their items. Which ever group with the best wins. Here is a picture of what my group made.

chemvas

In chemvas i did the paper making experience where you have newspaper and water and it sticks together and makes a sheet. Here is a picture of the process.

Weaving/knotting

In this class I made a scarf that I netted, and knotting I knotted a dragonfly. These are picture of what i made.

Tribe mini project

In world literature we were in groups and created our own tribe, with rituals, languages, and everything a real tribe has. My tribe was called the Vibe tribe. Here is a link to the presentation.
