Drew Charter School has had a strong impact on who I am today, both academically and personally. Since attending the school from Pre-K, I’ve grown in a supportive environment that has encouraged me to stay disciplined, take initiative, and prepare for life after high school. The academic rigor and wide range of opportunities have allowed me to develop skills that extend beyond the classroom.
As a student-athlete participating in track and field and cross country, I’ve learned the importance of consistency, mental toughness, and effective time management. Balancing athletics with academics and extracurricular activities like National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, DECA, and Red Cross Club has taught me how to stay organized and committed to my goals. Through these experiences, I’ve strengthened my work ethic, developed leadership skills, and built confidence in my abilities.
Being part of this community has also helped me grow personally. I’ve learned to stay disciplined, push myself through challenges, and rely on the support of those around me. The relationships I’ve built with teachers, teammates, and peers have motivated me to continue improving and striving for success.
Overall, my time at Drew Charter School has prepared me not just for college, but for life. It has given me the tools, mindset, and determination to pursue my goals and work toward making a positive impact in the future.
