Fiber Arts
On Monday we learned all abut fiber arts and the most interesting thing i learned was that if you more tightly pack the fiber into your art your lines can like more defined while if you don't pack it it will appear more fluffy so you can get a lot of textures in one piece of art.
In chemistry you have to mix and study different chemicals. In art you may blend and stir paints together. Food and Cooking includes baking and mixing different ingredients. So in all topics you take a ingredient or some type of matter and mix it with the other.
I want to either make a small doormat/ rug or a lot of small jewelry items like necklaces and bracelets using plarn.
This is my animation that shows a stop motion story incorporating all of my subjects especially ChemVas.
My group and I worked and collaborated with one another by discussing our plans and having each person complete a slide with a rough outline of what our script would be for the final project. We each sent in an audio for the video and shared photos to put together the final piece which is linked below.
In this project I learned about where many different resources came from and how they got to America and the sacrifces made. The comolumbian exchane connected the world espacially Europe and America and Africa.
Frida Kahlo's Mini Project was the close of my year in Spanish and this year I would say my listening skills improved more than any other because online learning has a lot more things that correlate to listening practice like duolingo, audio files with questions and etc. We also did a lot of writing tasks but mostly situational items
