PROJECTS Pinball Machine Design 2022
Created a functioning target on pinball machine
Designed iterations of targets improving each iteration after testing
Devised ways to make the target more and more reliable
Wired the scoreboard on the pinball machine making it able display score and receive input from target
Created each in OnShape then laser printing
Researched ways to code and wire the scoreboard and target
Mounted scoreboard, target and breadboard to the pinball machine
Used laser cutter to cut at pieces needed to create launcher
Helped classmates catch up and finish on time
Battle Bot Design 2022
Designed and constructed a working battle bot that could traverse a course
Formulated the code need to make the battle bot functional
Created the designs using cardboard including the paints and colors
Wired and coded ultrasonic sensor so the robot could avoid walls on a course
Lock Box 2022
Configured a working mechanical lock using wood including a dowel and key when pulled up it unlocks
Used sander to sand the wood to make it even and have a perfect fit
Researched different designs and locks to use to lock the box
Designed key in OnShape and fabricated using laser printer
Desktop Organizer 2022
Created a desktop organizer using cardboard
Made slots to hold regular tools and a hidden compartment
Researched designs to see what other desk organizers were like
Made a hidden compartment small enough to not be noticed
