Idea development: When developing the idea for how we wanted our skeleton to look,Â
Planning process: Throughout our planning process, we made each other aware of the due dates for the ribcage, skull, spine, and limbs. We did this by making a timeline document. In this document, we have the names of our members, who is responsible for making their part of the skeleton, and the days we take our Anatomy class. We used this document as a calendar and as a way to communicate with each other. For example, if a member is absent, another member would look in the timeline document to see what the absent member was supposed to do for that day and take on their role.
Creative process: After planning we decided to go with the option to 3D-print. We chose this because 3D printing would give a realistic and authentic look to the parts of skeleton. To combine the bones of the skeleton together we used hot glue and or tape to connect the lower limbs and upper limbs such as the knees, feet and arms. We used 2 different colors White and Black to specify the region on the skeleton. Colored White: Rib Cage, Knees, Feet, Vertebrae, and Pelvis. Colored Black: Skull, Arms, and Femur.
