This is my "My Favorite Things" project. In this project you made a sculpture based on what your favorite things are. The process of this project was to get some clay then make a flat background, then you get the extra clay and make sculptures that represent your favorite things, after that you get it fired and glaze. If I were to do this again, I would make sure It wouldn't crack by taking more effort in my project and I would also glaze it to make it more colorful.
ChemVas
This is my Chemvas typography. In this art Project I used supplies and designs from art and science to create the title of the class. I used a art pallet to represent the letter c, art brushes o represent h, D.N.A strands to represent the letter e, i used to magnets to make the letter m and i, drew the letter a and used and element for s. I used color for this project. This is my Chemvas typography.
Deeply rooted was a project that each class in the 10th grade had to complete. In art we had to create symbols with paper made from a combination of of water and used paper. Some students wanted to add color so we used food coloring. With this combination of paper and water we would put it in a blender and blend those two together. After the blender what would come out was a smoothie like substance with water and bits of paper. After we get our substance we would pour it into a tray and grag a filter. With the filter we would scoop up some of the water-paper combination. With this we would place it on the table and pat it dry. Then when it was moist we would pick it up and place it on a piece of paper to dry. With the dry paper we would create symbols based on things that surround your life. I made a dove to symbolize world peace.
