Abstraction uses shape, form, color and lines as a visual language to communicate something. In the early 20th century abstraction started to be used a lot in modern art. In the early 20th century, abstract art started gaining importance as artists could now delve deeper into themselves and create art that was not just depicting things and objects as everyone saw them. When comparing the 20th century modern abstraction to the African the messages and what each one represents and is trying to communicate with the African art you see more of the culture involved because you can see symbolic things, and portraits of people from the culture whereas the 20th century is just simple abstraction with the use of imagery, color, and shapes.. Abstraction relates to science and math because of the use of angles, side, color, and mass. A poll data type could be turned into abstraction art. I believe I like and do both but it also depends on what type of work cause some things you can express more of yourself and in other circumstances you have to go off of data and facts. 03/01/24

Visual Art 11/02/23- In this class I've been taught about perspective and that applies to many other classes like my ap computer science class cause we have user inputs and that's a way of using the perspective and in Ela we draw pictures using the line perspective from time to time. The principles of design have most definitely been used in a recent project which were our mandalas like pattern, movement, variety, and balance. A lot of possibilities come to life especially doing art I try to go with my gut though not to overthink it. And in terms of showing process document it. Most historic art I've learned about is the Mona Lisa.
10/25/23 APCS I can with help explain the purpose of returning a value from a function, create them and call them.
10/16/23 APCS I can define a python function and can call them to solve problems. I can explain the purpose of functions and define/call fucntions that take in parameters as input.
Geometry Learning Journal entry about ancient architecture: Geometry played a big part in ancient architecture. From not only my group's city but to everyone that presented. My group had Ancient China. Shapes like triangles and squares played a big part into the architecture in China.
Unit 0 Reflection World History: The neolithic revolution was a big transition in the history of humans. It went from hunter gathering to agriculture founding along with new gender roles and civilization started to form. For example with the agricultural part men became the people in society to go out and do all the hard work and women because the stay at home chore doers which also made men the more dominant gender at the time.
When it comes to technology inventions a couple of things were created. It kinda started with clay being used around the house of people. And things such as daggers and spear points, which were used for hunting, and hand axes, used for cutting up different meats, and scrappers as well. And this led to more advances within agriculture.
The rise of it came from people crafting things and needed different or more tools. So traders because a thing transporting the technology in that time and they’d travel hundred of miles to do the trades. And people in this time had religion rituals that they’d do and since more people started to spread more and more religons got out there.
In centralized solely one unit is authorized to make autonomous decisions, set strategies etc. Decentralized is the opposite: multiple units are able to do those things. The Qin dynasty would be an example of centralized government. Decentralized government would look as so like India.

Visual Arts Mandala Research 09/28/23- Mandalas are used for spiritual journeys and is a map representing deities, or especially in the case of Shinto, paradises, kami or actual shrines. They are used in world civilizations because it is used within Eastern religions of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Shinto.Honestly see multiple principles of design such as pattern, balance, rhythm, and verity in mandalas. I'd say we could show or represent an atom due to the shaping we can configure a atom into a mandala.
Geometry Journal entry: Unit 1 was a refresh of polynomials. A polynomial is an expression consisting of indeterminates and coefficients. We classify them by terms. We can add, subtract, multiply, and divide. You add polynomials when there are plus signs. You subtract them when there is a minus sign. Thus long division is a means for testing whether one polynomial has another as a factor, and, if it does, for factoring it out. First, multiply each term in one polynomial by each term in the other polynomial using the distributive law. Add the powers of the same variables using the exponent rule. Then, simplify the resulting polynomial by adding or subtracting the like terms.
Art means something that is creative and took some efforts to make whether it's dope or not. Math can be art because of the shapes that go hand in hand within art even numbers can be art. History can be art because there's history within art. Science can be art because art at times involes some science. Art has a lot of things that tie into it. It starts to become what preference people have and what they're creativty is like.

Pathway Assignment #3 Intro Digital Tech: Here's one assignment I've done in Mr.Kitchen's class it was an art criteria to combine two images we found on the web. And this is what I came up I used Sketchpad to actually draw this out and the two images are my inspiration for the finished product.
