CIBP OPTIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL LEARNING & GROWING:

Curriculum Planning & Design:

• Identify/Analyze/Unpack essential standards.

• Align essential standards with grade level or content area teams (Scope & Sequence).

• Standards-based report cards with proficiency rubrics or levels (I know a learner is proficient when ___).

Assessment Development:

• Create Common Formative Assessments aligned to essential standards.

• Create Common Summative Assessments aligned to essential standards.

• Identify proficiency standards for assessments (I know a learner is proficient when they ___).

Assessment Analysis:

• Analyze assessment data.

• Meet with PLC team to dialogue about data in Educlimber; plan goals and/or interventions.

• Discuss how we can use the results of common assessments to change instruction strategies, support students, and reinforce learning.

Differentiated Instruction:

• Use the classroom support plan document and identify strategies and supports to ensure ALL students learn at high levels.

• Review modifications and accommodations commonly required in subject areas to improve academic progress for all students.
