Create a culture of kindness, belonging, and collective well-being
Establish and uphold interactions that model kindness, well-being strategies, belonging, and community involvement
Implement restorative practices and community circles to build empathy, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships
Foster service learning at all levels and celebrate community service hours across the district (events such as Seniors Helping Seniors)
Develop and promote community partnerships and activities that foster connection and shared purpose
Assess our school safety systems to ensure all students and staff feel physically safe and emotionally ready to learn
Embed Behavior and Social Emotional Learning supports into instruction
Establish a unified schoolwide framework that integrates behavior and SEL supports into academic instruction
Improve student outcomes across all settings through consistent expectations and positive relationships
Review staff roles and responsibilities to promote program sustainability and staff well-being
Examine district wide positions and structures to ensure we can meet the well-being needs of students and family education
Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff as a key component of fostering student well-being
Ensure support systems are accessible and responsive to student and staff well-being
Communication and Community Connection
Design and maintain a web-based dashboard that displays progress made on district priorities
Promote Well-Being within the School District Community through consistent, clear, and engaging communication
