Design and maintain a web-based dashboard that displays progress made on district priorities
Construct a capital planning list that is routinely reviewed to identify, evaluate, prioritize infrastructure needs
Follow district policy that rebuilds the fund balance back to a minimum 12% and strives for over 20%
Generate and routinely discuss simplified financial documents for the general population’s consumption
Routinely discuss in committee meetings the impacts of decisions on the fiscal health of the district
Develop depreciation models to guide replacement cycles and capital planning
Routinely assess and inform the community about future capital and operational referendum related needs

The annual meeting has consistently been held in October of every year to approve the budget for the upcoming school year.
