“Medieval Oak Gall Inks” by Baroness Alfhild
Learn the theories around how to make oak gall ink from historical recipes.
Maximum students 10.
“Soapstone Carving” by Lady Katharina Woinovich
Carve your own soapstone amulet. Tools will be provided. Cost will be around 2 - 5 Euro, depending on the size of the soapstone piece. This will be a two hour class.
This is a dusty activity, please bring masks, if possible, or buy one from the teacher.

“Brewing Mead for Beginners” by Baroness Daria
Have you always wanted to make your own mead but don't know where to start? Have you made mead but you want to understand the science more?
This is the class for you! We will talk about equipment, ingredients, and a simple step by step process. This will be a two hour class.
All you need is a 4L pot & spoon (a funnel would be nice) along with a Fermentation Kit and honey.
Fermentation kit available for 20 Euro (2.5L bottle, rubber stopper, air lock, packet of yeast) upon prior arrangement.
