This policy will apply as long as the event will still break even after the cancellation and may be waived at the sole discretion of the Event Stewards on a case by case basis.
Cancelling more than 2 weeks before the event?
If you cancel on or before 4 June 2025 you will receive a full refund.
Cancelling within one to two weeks before the event?
If you cancel between 4th of June 2025 - 10th June 2025, you will receive a 50% Refund.
Due to the fact that we are unlikely to be able to fill your spot at this point and some outlay will already have been made.
Cancelling less than one week before the event, but prior to the event starting?
If you cancel between 11 - 17 June 2025 , you will receive a 25% Refund.
