Please note: You do need to sign up to the Opt-In Archer Database first. Users must also respond with the exact same details as their Signup in order to gain a response from the Score Sheet request bot. Also, Archers must be in the database in order that their scores can be submitted. If an archer is not currently in the database then either wait for them to sign up, or simply submit their score on it's own score sheet at a later date. If an archer does not want to sign up to the database, then just ignore their results on that particular score sheet and submit the rest.
The request will create a new google spreadsheet for your shoot. An email will be sent to you with a link to your score sheet. This can take a few minutes, so please be patient. Also remember to check your spam bins!
You must fill it in online. (it will not work if you download it!) Once you are finished, Change the 'Score Sheet Complete' field from NO to YES and the file will be processed early the following morning.
N.B. You do not have to complete the form in one go, the file will remain available to you until you flag it as complete. You will receive an occasional reminder that the sheet is not complete. If it is not completed one year after it was raised it will be deleted along with any scores it contained.
Important Information:
When a new user adds themselves to the database it can take 24 hours for their name and number to propagate fully through the system. If you find you are missing a name for your shoot and you know the person has their new archer number, simply give it a day and request another score sheet. If the shoot details are the same, the additional submission will still count towards that same shoot.
If you lose the link to your score sheet, you can request a copy from your most senior Marshal.

In case anyone is struggling to fill in the sheets themselves, marshals may send an electronic copy of a traditional scoresheet to Insulae Draconis Lt Gen. of Archers archerymarshal@insulaedraconis.org the Marshal will fill the sheet in for you, though the results may take longer to appear in the database. Alternatively, a web/zoom call can be arranged to walk you through the process.
