Please note that the easiest way to access the site is by private car/taxi; public transport options are not available on the road the site is on. 

Arriving by car

The site can be reached from the M1 leaving at junction 27 and following signs for Ravenshead. Arriving from the east, it can be reached from the A1 leaving at Newark-on-Trent. 

Arriving by public transport

Trains:

The nearest train stations are Mansfield and Nottingham.

Onwards from the train station:

Mansfield - 2 bus options

 'Pronto' bus to Nottingham from the bus station, disembarking at Ricket Lane, followed by 22min walk.

Bus no. 141 from the bus station, disembarking Hereford Road, followed by 15min walk. 

Nottingham - local bus service to Victoria bus station, 'Pronto' bus to Mansfield, disembarking at Ricket Lane followed by 22min walk. 

Onwards via taxi:

Taxis from Mansfield station to the site should take approximately 15mins. From Nottingham station the journey is roughly 40mins. 

We recommend pre-booking taxis wherever possible to ensure the best price and least waiting.
