Hello! Cristian here. Quick update: We have been working on designing the game's UI. I've shared below a functional preview with descriptions detailing its purpose and function. The UI will be less focused on showing players information; a more significant focus will be on environmental storytelling. For instance, instead of using a compass or map to show where the player will go (albeit our game will be pretty linear in paths to take), we will use paper and lighting effects to show the player the path to follow.
Hey all, Joseph here! These past two weeks (1/6 - 1/13) we've started full work on the game! With this we have some pre-slice shots at our main mechanics and loadouts, as well as some starts on a production in music. Shown below we have our rough drafts of the four core mechanics (as well as some objects for testing our shaders). We're all excited to get together more as we start to bring this project together.
