Fresh Service



The Information Technology department uses FreshService for ticketing solutions.

New features include:

  1. Password Reset Portal: A portal where employees will be able to reset their DPS passwords.

  2. Ask Freddy: a helpdesk chatbot that will guide employees and users through possible fixes to resolve IT issues based on end-user identified problems.
