Mindfulness is something which refreshes our minds and we feel relaxed. When the teacher tells us to close our eyes and meditate, we get positive thoughts in and negative thoughts out. We enjoy our joyful dreams and refresh ourselves. I practise it daily. First I found it difficult to focus. But now it has become a habit and need. It connects me to the present moment. Mindfulness leads to inner peace and sense of gratitude. I love my new self- calm and happy !
