Food and Water

Breakfast is free for all students.  If your child is in the AM class, and you would like for your child to eat breakfast at school, please bring them to the cafeteria to eat breakfast before class, and then bring your child to the ECE playground doors to sign your child in.  Breakfast is offered free of charge for all DPS students for the 25/26 school year.

Lunch will be eaten at school during FULL DAY ECE only.  Parents/guardians have the option to send their child with a lunch, or to order lunch from the school. Each day at drop-off you will indicate whether you sent your child with lunch or whether you have chosen the school lunch for that day.  The teacher will then place the order with food services for that day's lunches.  School Lunch is offered free of charge  for all DPS students during the 25/26 school year. Please send your child to school with an individually packaged snack every day.  The kids get hungry, and we will make sure to give them an opportunity to have a snack. 

 If you would like to send in emergency snacks that can be kept on-hand for students who do not have snack, we would greatly appreciate that!!!  Please ensure that all emergency snacks that you contribute are individually packaged (per licensing requirements) and are nut-free (due to allergies).

Please send your child to school with a water bottle.  This allows your child to remain hydrated when we are outside on the playground.  

Your child's water bottle needs to be labeled with their first AND last name (per licensing requirements).
